GIVING OPPORTUNITIES AT THE MAG

ANNUAL FUND

Your gift to the Annual Fund helps us continue to bring great art to the people of Rochester by supporting ongoing operations at the Gallery. Online giving to the Annual Fund is now available or you can contact the Gallery at 585.276.8938.

Gifts of $250 or more will be acknowledged in the Gallery's Biennial Report. Gifts of $1,000 or more will be recognized in the Vanden Brul Pavilion.

For more information please contact Joseph Carney, Director of Gallery Advancement at 585.276.8941.

TRIBUTE AND MEMORIAL GIFTS

Many Gallery members and friends choose to honor or memorialize individuals through tribute gifts to the Gallery. These unique gifts both recognize friends and loved ones and help the Gallery. Each gift receives a special acknowledgment from the Director, and the Gallery periodically lists a roster of these gifts in its publications. Tributes should be directed to "Tribute Funds" at the Gallery's address. For special memorial or naming opportunities please contact Joseph Carney, Director of Gallery Advancement, at 585.276.8941.

PLANNED GIVING AND BEQUESTS

The Marion Stratton Gould Society

In the late 1930's, Mrs. Samuel Gould memorialized her daughter, Marion, through a major bequest to the Memorial Art Gallery for the purchase of artworks. Her generosity and vision have helped make the Gallery an internationally recognized art museum. Now, in a time of government cutbacks and increased competition for corporate donations, planned giving is essential to continued financial strength.

To recognize and thank others who have provided for the future of the Gallery, we have formed the Marion Stratton Gould Society. You can become a member of the Society by including the Gallery in your estate or retirement plans, or by giving an irrevocable deferred gift that will pay you lifetime income.

We will be happy to work with you as you plan your giving. The information you choose to share with us is kept confidential, and we will maintain your anonymity if you wish.

If you would like more information on wills or other planned giving opportunities, or if you have already included the Gallery in your plans, please contact Joseph Carney, Director of Gallery Advancement, at 585.276.8941.
